Program Outcome

The prevalence of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) is rising alongside increasing rates of obesity and an ageing population in Australia. It is estimated that more than one in five Australians have a sleep disorder, with OSA accounting for the majority of these cases. With more than 80% of the population undiagnosed, raising awareness of OSA among health care professionals will contribute to better health outcomes for patients with sleep disorders.
