Brief Overview
I’m pleased to introduce In-Home Pathology Pty Ltd, a new Gold Coast-based healthcare provider offering mobile pathology and cardiac diagnostic services for patients who are unable—or prefer not—to attend a collection centre.
Program Details

The participants will be introduced to the new technology in medical devices for cardiac and Bp diagnositcs and also be provided samples of the holter monitor and ABPM reports

Program Outcome

Demonstrating the new devices and reports in cardiac and blood pressure diagnostics

ll I would like
to offer your centre at no cost a Holter Monitor and Ambulatory Blood Pressure
Monitor service as part of your cardiovascular management program. The results
will be given to your GP in a report signed off by a cardiologist. In addition,
we can arrange your GP to oversee and sign off the ABPM report.
Which will bring in extra revenue for your centre.

In addition,
we also perform blood collections so we can take bloods from the patients,
process them and hand them to laboratories for processing.

These extra
services would bring your cardiovascular management program to a new level as
well as provide your GPs in depth knowledge about your patients overall medical
condition to then devise a chronic disease management plan.

Overall, combining
the Holter Monitor and ABPM with bloods will give your GPs a powerful insight
into your patient’s heart and/or health condition.

I will be demonstrating how the new devices are fitted and removed from the patient and provide samples of their reports for the doctors perusal

I will ask for feedback from the participants to improve my demonstrations for future meetings
Core Medical Practice Values

Our program is built to support diverse populations by delivering diagnostic services that are accessible, respectful, and culturally appropriate. We work within community clinics to reduce barriers faced by patients from non-English-speaking backgrounds, Indigenous communities, elderly populations, and those with limited health literacy. We also ensure that our staff are trained in culturally competent communication, and we allow for flexible appointment scheduling to support families with caregiving responsibilities or religious observances. Our aim is to promote equity in care delivery, ensuring that no patient is left behind due to cultural or systemic barriers.

Our program actively addresses health inequalities by making high-quality cardiovascular and pathology diagnostics accessible directly within primary care and community settings. By reducing the need for external specialist referrals, we help overcome common barriers such as transport, cost, long wait times, and fragmented care — particularly for patients in low socioeconomic areas, elderly populations, and those with mobility or time constraints. We also prioritise culturally sensitive care and can support clinics serving diverse populations by offering flexible scheduling, on-site services, and rapid diagnostics that improve early detection and management of cardiovascular risks, which are often unequally distributed.

Our program is designed to maintain the highest standards of professionalism. All services are delivered in strict accordance with Medicare guidelines, clinical governance standards, and privacy legislation. We ensure that all participating practitioners — including GPs or specialists linked to our provider model — are appropriately registered and trained in their roles and responsibilities. Our clinical protocols emphasise accurate documentation, ethical billing, patient confidentiality, and accountability for clinical decision-making, in line with both AHPRA expectations and industry best practices.

Our program incorporates ethical decision-making by ensuring that all diagnostic services are delivered with full clinical integrity, informed patient consent, and transparency in Medicare billing. We operate within established ethical frameworks such as beneficence, non-maleficence, patient autonomy, and justice — ensuring patients are treated fairly regardless of background or circumstance. We also ensure that referring and reporting clinicians are clear on their ethical responsibilities, including avoiding conflicts of interest, protecting patient privacy, and maintaining accountability in the interpretation and reporting process.
