Brief Overview

This education session introduces clinicians to the multidisciplinary services offered by Clinic 88, with a focus on strengthening referral pathways and improving collaborative care for patients. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the range of services available, how and when to refer, and how multidisciplinary care can enhance treatment outcomes.

The session will highlight practical strategies for effective communication with allied health practitioners, tracking patient progress following referral, and using feedback and reflection to support continuous learning and improved patient care.

Program Outcome

Our goal is to inform local GP practices about the services we offer to our community. This helps strengthen relationships with GPs, improve referral pathways and optimise treatment outcomes for patients.
