Brief Overview

This educational session introduces The MAIA Method, an evidence-based framework designed to prevent and treat burnout in both clinicians and patients. The program explores the neurobiology of stress and burnout, enhances self-awareness, and provides practical strategies to support patients in managing chronic stress and emotional exhaustion. Participants will learn to differentiate between burnout, stress, anxiety, and depression, identify when referral is appropriate, and apply structured approaches to early intervention and recovery.
