Learning outcomes

1. Identify and recommend suitable evidence-based treatment options for patients presenting with PTSD.
2. Explain the use of IAR-DST (Initial Assessment and Referral Decision Support Tool) in practice settings to generate a recommended level of care.
3. Describe evidence-based primary care strategies for the assessment and management of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), including lifestyle, pharmacological and multidisciplinary treatment options.
