He established RxTro from its inception, transforming it into Australia's premier customer engagement platform for healthcare and life sciences.

Craig is an accomplished business leader with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
At the helm of Hahn Healthcare, Craig spearheaded exponential growth that earned BRW Fast 100 recognition for three years running.
In 2021, he successfully navigated the sale of Hahn Healthcare to DKSH, marking a significant milestone in an impressive career.

A successful tech entrepreneur with a passion for innovation, Jeff succeessfully grew and exited Golf Link, Australia's national computerised handicapping system, which revolutionises the way golf handicaps are managed across the country.
With a proven track record of building and scaling technology-driven businesses, Jeff has consistently demonstrated an ability to drive impactful change and create lasting value in the tech space.
In partnership with Craig Moore, he played a pivotal role in acquiring and growing Hahn Healthcare, further solidifying a reputation as a visionary leader in both the tech and healthcare industries.

As a dedicated drug representative, Liam dedicated countless hours to travelling, waiting in clinic waiting rooms, and making numerous calls to secure a 10-minute one-to-one conversation with a General Practitioner. Frustrated by the inadequacies in the system, Liam recognised the need for a smarter, digital solution that could assist not only the pharma reps but also the busy primary care clinics and the admin desks that handle these calls on a daily basis. That idea led to the birth of RxTro—a simple yet powerful way to take the hassle out of booking lunch meetings with GPs in primary care.
The meeting with Craig and Jeff to understand the struggles behind establishing connections in the healthcare industry paved the way for great partnerships that have lasted for close to a decade now. They quickly realised they shared a common vision: A healthcare landscape where seamless information flow and collaboration deliver optimal patient outcomes through enhanced primary care, regardless of location.
A simple discussion facilitated the development of a platform that is user-friendly, seamless, and caters to a wide range of users, including those in the life sciences industry, allied health, primary care, specialists, and beyond.
And all along the way, RxTro has acquired some outstanding customers who have made it possible for us to add features, services, and other innovative ideas. RxTro has grown along with their customers, and their feedback and trust as well as the evolving need in the healthcare sector have helped us to add new features, enhance our services, and push the boundaries of innovation.
What started as a conversation soon evolved into a powerful collaboration, and together, they built RxTro into what it is today—a seamless, intuitive platform serving the life sciences industry, allied health, primary care, specialists, and beyond. And we’re just getting started.
