Brief Overview

This educational session delivered by Zaparas Lawyers provides clinicians with practical guidance on supporting patients who are navigating the WorkCover, TAC/CTP, Superannuation/TPD, Public Liability and Occupational Disease claims processes. The session aims to strengthen clinicians’ understanding of medico-legal requirements, improve confidence in medical report writing, and support effective communication with legal and insurance stakeholders.

The session is delivered in person with lunch provided and is designed to bridge the gap between healthcare and legal support services, ensuring clinicians feel better equipped to advise and assist patients who have been injured at work, on the road, or in the community.
