Hi, I’m Daniel from Move Steady Physio. Thanks for taking the time to meet with me. I want to come in and introduce myself, tell you a little bit about who we are, and hopefully explore how we can work together to support your patients.

Move Steady Physio is a local physiotherapy clinic providing evidence-based, practical rehabilitation across a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions. We see patients with acute and chronic back and neck pain, sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, persistent pain, workplace/motor vehicle injuries and general strength and mobility concerns.

A particular reason I wanted to connect with you all to make you aware that we bulk bill eligible patients referred under Chronic Condition Management plans. We’re keen to make physiotherapy more accessible for patients who may benefit from ongoing exercise, rehabilitation and education as part of managing a chronic condition.

We understand that GPs are often managing complex patients with multiple competing health priorities, so our aim is to make the physiotherapy side as straightforward as possible. We provide practical treatment and exercise programs, communicate appropriately with the referring doctor, and will flag any concerns where further medical assessment or investigation may be warranted.

I’m also really interested in understanding what you’re seeing within the practice — the types of patients who are presenting regularly and where you feel physiotherapy could complement the care you're already providing. Ultimately, we’re not looking to simply increase referrals. We want to build a good working relationship with local GPs and become a Physio service you feel comfortable recommending when you think it will genuinely benefit your patients.
