Brief Overview
REFRAME Osteoporosis is a clinic-wide quality improvement activity designed to enhance the identification, management, and follow-up of patients at risk of osteoporosis. This initiative supports practices in meeting PIP QI (Practice Incentives Program – Quality Improvement) requirements while also providing CPD-accredited learning for healthcare professionals. Through a structured osteoporosis mini-audit, participating teams will review practice data to identify care gaps in bone health management, assess adherence to current clinical guidelines, and implement targeted improvements in patient screening, treatment, and follow-up.
