Frustrated by the inadequacies in the system, Liam recognised the need for a smarter, digital solution that could assist not only the pharma reps but also the busy primary care clinics and the admin desks that handle these calls on a daily basis. That idea led to the birth of RxTro—a simple yet powerful way to take the hassle out of booking lunch meetings with GPs in primary care.

The meeting with Craig and Jeff to understand the struggles behind establishing connections in the healthcare industry paved the way for great partnerships that have lasted for close to a decade now. They quickly realised they shared a common vision: A healthcare landscape where seamless information flow and collaboration deliver optimal patient outcomes through enhanced primary care, regardless of location.
