In my role within Medical Affairs, I provide access to continuing professional development (CPD) activities focused on improving the diagnosis and management of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Heart Failure (HF). These programs combine educational sessions with patient audit activities to help general practitioners identify gaps in care, improve diagnosis rates, and enhance adherence to guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT).
Through a mix of evidence-based education, data review, and reflective practice, participants will strengthen their ability to apply current clinical guidelines, measure treatment outcomes, and implement targeted quality improvement initiatives within their own practices.
By completing this activity, participants will be able to:
