Brief Overview
This program has been developed to provide an integrated medical and allied health treatment option for injured workers or motorists, leveraging the personal injury subject matter expertise of Phoenix Occupational Medicine’s doctors and Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation’s allied health team. The program is based on the understanding that early and appropriate care and guidance along with early and appropriate return to work and life are key foundations for recovery success. This offering is appropriate for those who have been injured at work or via a motor vehicle accident and would benefit from an industry specialised intervention to maximise their recovery. This may be appropriate for those with an acute injury or for those who’s recovery has plateaued or secondary psychosocial concerns have identified that increase the risk of a poor recovery and return to work outcome. This service is not appropriate for standalone opinions or second opinions but is designed to be a comprehensive treatment option.
