Program Outcome

This educational session introduces clinicians to Move Into Gear Exercise Physiology services and the role of exercise physiology in supporting chronic disease management and functional health outcomes. The session will provide an overview of available individual and group exercise programs, how these services integrate with GP Management Plans and Team Care Arrangements, and the referral pathways for eligible patients.

Participants will gain insight into how targeted exercise interventions can improve patient mobility, strength, pain, mental health, and chronic condition outcomes, enabling GPs to confidently identify suitable patients and incorporate exercise physiology into holistic care planning.
